I’m Zoha Alam, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. I work with adolescents, individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, OCD, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned to those who’ve felt unseen, misunderstood, or stigmatized in their families, communities, or faith traditions.
